PopChips Review & Giveaway!

When I was contacted by PopChips to try & review their product - I was excited & looking forward to what they had to offer. I had never heard of PopChips as they aren’t carried in stores in my area. However, after this review, you better bet that I am going to print out a store request form & take it to my nearest stores in hopes that they’ll start carrying them!

I received 100 calories bags in each flavor from PopChips to try. The flavors available are: Original, Barbeque, Sour Cream & Onion, Cheddar, Salt & Pepper, Sea Salt & Vinegar and Parmesan Garlic.

The first thing that I noticed was that there were A LOT of chips in these 100 calorie bags! They aren’t like your normal two handfuls of a snack that equals 100 calories. Also, once I was done with the bag I felt satisfied and didn’t immediately go for another 100 calorie bag, like I may (ahem...) have done with other snacks!

The great things about these chips is that they are all-natural and they are never fried or baked, they are popped like popcorn! “ Popping is a way of making the all-natural chips. They start with wholesome potatoes, add a little heat and pressure, along with a little snack magic. And Pop! It’s a chip!” They have less than half the fat of fried chips, no trans or saturated fats and no cholesterol. And YES! They still taste great! They have all natural flavorings. So no fake colors, fake flavors, or preservatives.

Bottom line – these chips are a healthier snack and pack a lot of flavor. All of the flavors were really good. My favorites were the Cheddar and the Barbeque… could have died over the Barbeque ones!  PopChips will quickly become your new favorite snack, I am sure of it!
