My CVS Shopping Trip - 10/25

I picked up a few things today at CVS. I could have had greater savings if I had just purchased the lower cost Covergirl makeup items, however, I actually needed all of the ones that I purchased!

My Purchases:

1 12.5oz Butterfinger Halloween Candy $2 (marked down from $3.50)

1 Crest SpinBrush Pro $6.99 (marked down from $8.99)

1 Bayer Contour Glucose Meter $14.99 (marked down from $79.99)

1 Covergirl Eyeliner $7.99

1 Covergirl Mascare $4.99

1 Covergirl Eyeshadow $3.49

1 Covergirl LipGloss $5.99

Total = 46.44 (already $68.50 in savings with sale prices)

Savings:

- (1) $2 off Nestle Candy Coupon

- (1) $2 off Crest SpinBrush Pro

- (4) $1 Covergirl Product

- (1) $14.99 Bayer Contour Glucose Meter (coupon was in todays paper & was up to $30)

- $13.99 ECB's.

Savings = $36.98 (+ $68.50 already off sale price) = $105.48!!!!

Total OOP = $10.98

ECB's Earned: $10 ECB's ($2 ECB's Crest SpinBrush & $8 ECB's Covergirl Makeup)

It appears that with the ECB's earned that I only really spent $0.98 for this CVS Trip. However, the Bayer Contour has a rebate in the box for the purchase price of $14.99!

I actually will profit $14.01 for my shopping trip when you factor in ECB's and the Rebate!
